Specification of Starland
Structure: R.C.C framed structure(1:2:4).
Super Structure: Table Moulded red bricks with 1:6 cement mortar.
Plastering: Plastering with 1:5 & 1:4 cement mortar in double coat with sponge finish.
Borders: Ceilling border will be privided in hall & dining.
Chajjas:
a) One chajja for each bed room on one side(10'0x1'9").
b)Kitchen one side(8'0x1'6").
Flooring: Super quality vetrified flooring2'x2'.
Doors: All door frames are made with teak wood and
main door plain teak wood shutter including brass fittings and
other shutters are flush doors with powder coated fittings.
For toilets laminated water proof flush shutters will be provided on the back side.
Windows: All window frames are made with teak wood and window shutters
are made with teak wood and fixed with safety M.S. rods and glass at toilets only.
Ventilators: All ventilator frames are made with teak wood and fixed with
safety M.S. rods and glass at toilets only.
Kitchen: Big size black granite cooking platform with steel sink and wall
dado upto 2'0" height with blade granite tiles of 2'x1' size.
Toilets: 8"x12" size ceramic tiles, wall dado upto 7' height and 1'x1' size anti skid flooring
tiles will be provided.
Electriciation:
a) Concealed PVC pipes of sudhakar make and wiring with
fine cab or equivalent make with maru modular switches with
G.I. metel boxes will be provided.
b) T.V and telephone points will be provided in hall and master bed room.
Painting: Altech finishing with acrylic emulsion paint of Asian/Nerolac make
for total flat excluding kitchen, toilets & balconies. For toilets O.B.D. painting and for balconies
and external walls Asian/Nerolac weather shield paint will be provided.
Plumbing:
a) All water pipelines are with Oswal 'B' class G.I. pipes.
b) One pedastal wash basin (22"x16") in dining and one wash basin attached toilet of rassi make.
c) One IWC in common toilet and one EWC IN attached toilet with one flush
tank rassi make
d) Two showers and two wall mixers and taps will be provided.
Water:
a) Boar well water will be supplied through separate pipe lines
from over head tank.
b) Municiple water will be supplied through over head tank in kitchen only.
Special Features:
a) Lift-6 passengers.
b) Wash area tiles.
Note: Registration & services tax will be payed by costomer.
Car parking, electrical, municiple water and shelves will be exter cost.
